These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pressmotion.pro operated by PressMotion Media Pte. Ltd. ("PressMotion", "we", "us", "our"), UEN 202547135D, with a registered address at 36 Armenian Street, #02-04, Singapore 179934. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. About PressMotion and brand meaning

PressMotion is an independent digital news publication. The brand name comprises two ordinary words used in an editorial sense:

• "Press" means the news press — journalism produced by reporters and editors with bylines, sources and editorial standards. It does not mean a PR or press-release distribution wire, a printing-press vendor, or a service that publishes paid news articles on demand.
• "Motion" means the news in motion — timely dispatches, live updates and momentum at an editorial desk. It does not mean a motion-graphics studio, animation house, video-production agency or fitness brand.
• The .pro domain is branding only. It does not imply that PressMotion is a professional-services marketplace or a domain registrar product.

PressMotion is not affiliated with engagemotion.life, reachmotion.life or any marketing agency pack. We publish our own journalism; payment does not buy coverage.

2. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the website, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your home jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility and account integrity

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase membership or enter contracts with us. You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping that impairs performance, no attempts to bypass security, no submission of unlawful content through forms, and no impersonation of PressMotion staff or other individuals.

4. Nature of content — not professional advice

Articles, newsletters, headlines, graphics and supplementary materials on pressmotion.pro are provided for general information and journalism purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, tax or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on news coverage.

PressMotion is an independent digital news publication. We aim to report accurately, fairly and independently; to distinguish clearly between news, analysis, opinion and any sponsored content; and to correct significant errors promptly. Opinion and comment reflect the authors' own views. Reporting reflects the information available at the time of publication and may be updated as a story develops. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, medical or investment advice. Advertising and any sponsored or affiliate content are labelled as such and do not influence our editorial decisions.

5. News, analysis, opinion and sponsored content

We label content categories clearly:

• News — verified reporting with attribution
• Analysis — interpretive journalism based on facts, labelled as analysis
• Opinion / comment — named authors' views, not necessarily shared by PressMotion
• Sponsored / affiliate — commercial content, visually and editorially separated from news

We do not guarantee completeness or perpetual accuracy of any page; stories may be updated or retracted with notices where appropriate.

6. No paid-for news articles

PressMotion does not sell editorial placement. Organisations and individuals may submit tips or press enquiries, but payment does not entitle anyone to publication, headline prominence or favourable framing. Advertising relationships do not influence news decisions. Violations of this principle by staff are grounds for disciplinary action.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, PressMotion Media Pte. Ltd. owns or licenses the intellectual property in the website design, branding, articles, photographs, graphics, audio and code comprising pressmotion.pro. You may:

• View and share reasonable excerpts with a clear link back to the original URL
• Quote brief passages with attribution for commentary or research

You may not republish full articles, scrape content for commercial datasets, remove watermarks or credits, or imply endorsement by PressMotion without written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

8. User submissions and comments

When you submit messages, tips or comments, you grant PressMotion a non-exclusive licence to use that material for editorial, operational and legal purposes. You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain defamatory, harassing or unlawful content.

We may moderate or remove comments at our discretion. Comment sections are not monitored 24/7. Report concerns via contact.

9. Corrections policy

We correct significant factual errors promptly and note amendments on affected articles. Immaterial typographical fixes may be made silently. To request a correction, use the contact form with "Correction request" selected and cite the headline, date and passage in question.

10. Newsletter and membership

Optional membership from S$8/month supports independent reporting. Benefits, billing intervals and cancellation mechanics are described on the site and in membership communications. Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Failed payments may result in suspension until resolved.

11. Third-party links and services

Our journalism may link to external websites or embed third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PressMotion Media Pte. Ltd. and its officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed S$100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PressMotion against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.

14. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms by reference.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or membership for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or legal compulsion. Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, operational or product changes. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes may be highlighted on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless prohibited by law.
